I'm sure time can be found for some demo roasting. I'd commit to at least
one batch dual variable boost manual voltage controlled Caffe' Rosto profile
roast. I usually do 1/2# greens batches but could do any size batch from one
bean to 3/4#:-) Mike (just plain) could probably be talked into bringing
his "Ubber Popper" (PID controlled P1) to see automated profile air
roasting. I'll also give GreggCoffee a call and see if he'll bring over his
CCR HotTop again. Have a fire pit in the backyard, maybe Les would like to
do a campfire roast demo! Recently acquired an IR1 for some play/testing
(thanks Kevin!), I may or may not have it dialed-in/tweaked/modified for use
by then.
If you are wanting to compare roast method results in the cup, I'd suggest
bringing only one variety bean for roasting the different methods. (Though
my Frankie/Rosto and (just plain's) Ubber Popper roasts would likely be
virtually identical.)

Sounds great! Might any of DB/HG aficionados be attending and willing
to show off their method? It would be super to clearly hear both 1st
and 2nd cracks, something my old ears definitely miss with the
roasters I have use (Z&D and iR2).
Wow this is going to be fun. Plus chocolate, food, and great company.
