I'm not a pro at espresso machines or anything. However I have used a simple Crups machine through college & it did OK. But I picked up a machine at a yard sale for 10 bucks & its really nice & Made in Italy. Its an "INVENTO" the rest is all written in Italian & German & maybe French. It runs great & its all stainless steel. It uses the cemercial grade attachments with two nice filters & wooden tamper. Its has a pump control to control the flow of water/steam. The back is open like a reg. coffee machine & holds about a half gallon of water. I can really make a lot of espresso in a short period of time with this machine. Is this a nice machine. Can anyone on this list tell me the value of this machine or is a good one? It is 1200 watts. Please let me know, Thanks ><>SAM><> --------------------------------- Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell? Check outnew cars at Yahoo! Autos.

No I'll take some photos & post. I'm guessing its an older machine from the 80's. I got some nice espresso roast beans yesterday & made a 4 shot mocha this morning & I'm still buzzin along. The machine has one knob to heat up for brewing then a brew selection & the other direction it heats up higher for steam & a steam on setting for a total of 4 selections. Plus there is a pressure or water pump gauge with a + & - control that I guess controls the amount of water pressure pumped throught the heating area. All I know is it sounds like its pumping more water when I go to the + side & less toward the - side. It makes a buzzing sound when brewing or steaming. Thanks for the reply, you are the 1st to respond, so any info. is helpful. ><>SAM><> RK wrote: sam does it look like this. http://www.studiomom.nl/pagina/productbladeninventum01/ENGcafeinvento02.htm
