Topic: Ethiopia FTO Yirgacheffe Oromia (3 msgs / 36 lines)
1) From: Brian Mitchell
I had roasted some of the Ethiopia FTO Yirgacheffe Oromia last Thursday and
after 5 VERY patient days of waiting, I had my fist cup yesterday evening.
What an amazing cup it was. This had to be one of my favorites so far this
year.
Anyone else had a chance to try this one yet? I would definitely recommend.
Just some food (coffee) for thought.

Yes, and it is highly recommended. May just have to order some more
before Tom runs out.
We roast to just into second crack and really love the coffee after a
bit of a rest (usually a few days).
Enjoying a cup of Ethiopia FTO Yirgacheffe Oromia and watching the
snow storms hit the mountains around us. A nice spring day in Utah.
A snowy egret visited the pond east of our house this morning and
strutted around in the falling snow. Nice afternoon for a good cup of
coffee.

I also may have to order a bit more. I had roasted mine last batch to about
Full City (just heard the start of 2nd crack).
I have no snow to enjoy around, but hot humid Florida weather. Still a good
cup of coffee though.
