I was going to say something about being down to "only" 10# IMV, but you are
roasting for an Aircraft Carrier compliment! Then again, if the IMV was not
purchased with pooled funds but rather strictly your own, when it got down
to 5# I'd be cuttin' 'em off. You bet, I'd be a bogart! Just from further
IMV of course. Except maybe your direct chain of command, wanna keep them
happy:-)

Sounds like quite the "moment" indeed! Outstanding plan of attack. A
gazillion and three CSA points once mission accomplished. Post pics if
possible!

the IMV was bought from my profits(and that wonderful donation I got for
christmas- thanks again!) from selling the Bug amd I don't sell the IMV
just share sparingly with a few of my "inner circle" of coffee drinkers. I
should make it home with about 3# left right now I am preparing to use some
in a "Red Sea Blend" since we will shortly be there... IMV+Yemen Mokha it
will be kind of neat to drink a cup and say yup 1/2 came from over there and
the other half from over there pointing to the east and west... (sounds like
a "moment")

Dennis have you had a chance to try out that swiss gold yet? If so, how
do you like it?
In times like what you describe with limited stashes, or just brewing
for a select few, they work wonders to make a quick cup up w/o having to
do a whole pot.

I have tried the Swiss Gold and I really like it (I use it and the AP
exclusively these days-the shop pot only makes hot water any more)
I have 5 trained on the zass, the AP the FP and the Swiss Gold just
because I am away from home I still have options! Creativity and
generosity from the group are paramount Thanks again to all that have
been so wonderfully generous- I appreciate it more than you know!

Just finishing a cup of IMV, roasted to city+ with six days rest. What a
wonderful cup! Fruited flavor with distinct strawberry as the cup cools.
Man this stuff is good.

Personally, I've always liked IMV best with a week's rest.

I roasted my last Idido Misty Valley last week with a brazil dp. I
started brewing it first on Saturday for French press and then Sunday
for espresso and it is a fantastic blend.
After tomorrow it will probably be gone. Sooo sad. Time approaches for
a large order.
