Topic: How am I doing?? (3 msgs / 138 lines)

Ok so after reading quite a bit from homeroasters, various other blogs, and
all of the very helpful advise from here, how am I doing?
First the espresso is tasting much better!  Second, I think a picture says
it best, so I figured I would ask for advise via pictorial.
Going to try and put these in as inline posts
Just starting, this is about 5-8 seconds after the pump was switched the
pour starts...

Just before the end at about 20 seconds...

Just after pump cut off, at 27 seconds, I ran a bit long trying to take
pictures:

The finished product a few seconds after resting:

If the images don't come though in this format I will try again, I haven't
quite figured out if I am having an issue with gmail or if the SM list
strips it out...

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
Pic's didn't come through as pic's (for me) but links worked fine. I'd
tighten the grind a bit more. Looked like blonding started kicking in pic
#2, 20 second mark. I would have stopped the shot about there regardless of
time. Pic #3 end of shot really appeared blonded.
 
Dr. Crema, comments?
 
What coffee are you pulling, how roasted and what rest?
 
I'll also add forums like Home-Barista.com pic's are easily uploaded AND
there's a boat load of espresso experience over there.

The coffee was Monkey blend, roasted to FC it has been resting about 4
days.  The grind was 3 on the Solis Maesto.
The Crema is THICK and pours pretty much from the start.
