Just an FYI, Mark has just published a great article to help those looking
to explore the Dark Side for the first time.http://home.comcast.net/~mckona/PNWGV.htmKona Konnaisseur miKe mcKoffee">http://www.coffeegeek.com/guides/howtobuyanespressomachinePacific Northwest Gathering Vhttp://home.comcast.net/~mckona/PNWGV.htmKona Konnaisseur miKe mcKoffee

Are you saying you "would not" have gotten a Vetrano had you read that
article first but gone "all in" for a GS3?! :-)

don't know. i really love the looks of the microcasa and had been seriously
thinking about the lever machine, but decided that it might be too "fussy"
for how i'd want to use it.
i haven't read mark's article yet and don't know whether it would have
pushed me either way. but i'm happy with my decision. now, i just need
construction on my kitchen to get past drywall so that i can set up the
plumbing.
it was really nice timing though. i had the plumber bring up a line
specifically for it and my electrician set up a plug. i'll just hook right
into that and be on my way.
my wife even says that i can have an entire cabinet for my coffee stuff -
we'll see how that goes. she told me once that i could have an entire closet
for my clothes (about 3 ft wide closet) and i'm sharing it with her steamer
and other misc things that she can't figure out where to put.

Nope. It wouldn't have swayed my purchase. Actually, it didn't really tell
me anything that I hadn't already done through my research and
consideration.
