Roasted to Full City and rested 5 days.
Just pulled a Double Ristretto and made into an Americano. The aroma
was inviting; tasted the Ristretto and my eyes rolled back in my head.
Pure soft, sweet, nutty chocolate with a hint of red apple caress the
tongue and palate; long afterwards, I still have a layer of silky
chocolate coating my tongue. Check out Tom's write up on this coffee!
Is anyone else enjoying this little treasure?

i got 5 of it and love it - problem is i have so many great coffees now (and
evil Tom keeps adding more!) This week was Purple Mt. Kona and
the Nicaraguan Miraflor. Sadly i pooched the Guat Finca Aqua Tibia and so
had to dump a lb of that. The pain of education =(

Pay Back Time!! I enjoyed an awesome double ristetto of Uganda Bugisu
roasted to a perfect full city this morning. The deep chocolate was yummy,
followed by a molasses-raisin, and finished with a lingering malt with hints
of chocolate. I am on stash reduction and have not ordered and Caranvi or
Miraflor yet. I'll be roasting Kona, a Brazil (not sure which one yet), and
one of my remaining Kenyas for our trip to Glacier National Park next week
tomorrow. Keep those good reviews coming so I can enjoy those coffees in
case they are gone when it is time to come off of stash reduction. I sure
wish Tom could find us some BUG.

Last Sunday I roasted my last two pounds of this coffee and then had
to be out of town all week for work. I took no coffee with me and
finding good coffee on the trip was a bust.
I just brewed some ... delicious, sweet red apple slices dipped in
silky milk chocolate ... I love this coffee and its good to be home!
Have a great weekend everyone!
