Our San Diego Home Roasters meeting host has just acquired a Clover and if
you are near enough tomorrow you can come check out the brew from it,
tomorrrow, Saturday May 12th starting at 10am at Cafe Calabria 3933 30th
St. San Diego, CA 92104-3004
We'll be having a cupping so bring your already roasted Sweet Marias beans
along and maybe we can try them in the Clover and see if we find it as hit
or miss as Tom found it to be. Or we can cup them against others roasts.
Also tomorrow Joe Behm will be demonstrating his Behmor 1 pound roaster
which should be on the market real soon once he finsihes certification by
some testing lab.
All welcome.

I've already had a drink from a clover brewer.
Bearing in mind the cost of gasoline, if you have to detour a mile to
experience Clover, save the gas.
If you have the choice of Clover or press, try both and compare. You decide.
Skip the preliminaries and details, cup tough, like Tom does.
California is catching up with Denver- How is that? Duh
When I looked at the Clover map, there were 4 of them in the Denver metro
area, 1 in Chi-town and maybe a half dozen in CA. I'll avoid paying for the
Disneyland coffee machines and wasting ga$ !
Does it require the best beans on the planet to brew an acceptable cup?
Cheers -RayO, aka Opa!
Cup tough!
