Topic: Guatemala Finca Injertal WP Decaf (4 msgs / 53 lines)
1) From: Edward Bourgeois
I Have to roast some coffee for a 2day farm fair memorial day weekend.
I was going to get some of the El Salvador decaf but see Tom just ran
out. I'd had some and thought it was a good one to please all (or try
too). Has anyone tried this new Guatemala? Does it seem to be the best
choice for overall crowd pleasing in a decaf ?

Or if someone would suggest a blend using the decafs Tom has, please
suggest! thanks again gotta get Harvey on this soon. It will be the
only coffee sold. The reg. I'm using is a vacuum packed Costa Rican
from my stash. ouch Of well some great new ones will be here some.

I don't do decafs but know Tom's descriptors fairly well. Of the decafs
offered I'd agree the Guat' probably about the best overall "crowd pleaser"
coffee. The Peru would also likely be a good choice but if I was ordering
would go the Guat' simply because it's two months fresher.

Thanks Mike I agree that freshness in a decaf green is extra
important. Thats why I rarely stray from SM when ordering a decaf.
