Topic: Something interesting I found in Lisbon (2 msgs / 36 lines)
1) From: Angelo
I have a Yama, Hario, Bodum (electric and manual), and all of them
allow a place to put the funnel portion when you are done. The manual
ones let you use the plastic top in which to rest it. The electric
ones have a holder that slides out of the bottom... No real need to
buy anything extra

I'm not sure if I am behind the power curve here or if this is something
you just can't find in the states but While I was in Lisbon I saw A LOT
of vacum brewers most were small and almost all have the cloth filters
but what peaked my interest was that they sell what looks like a 1 foot
tall candle stick holder that holds the top of the brewer after you are
done. They go for about $20.00 maybe I just missed them around here but
I thought that they were a really easy answer to what do you do with the
top of the brewer after you are done making the coffee.
