Topic: Possible Blends with these Beans? (3 msgs / 57 lines)
1) From: Eddie Dove
I have the following and am looking to use them up in perhaps some
blends. I also have a plethora of other beans, so if something else
would be required for the blend, I may have it.
All suggestions welcome ...
206.00	Ethiopia FTO Harar - Oromia Coop
227.00	Brazil Fazenda Brauna Flatbean
227.00	Panama Lot 12686
320.00	Guatemala Coban FTO Maragogype
340.00	Zimbabwe AAA Dandoni Estate
350.00	Brazil Daterra Yellow Bourbon
620.00	Brazil Cachoeira Yellow Bourbon
680.00	Sumatra Iskandar Triple-Pick
Thanks in advance!
Eddie

Eddie,
I would preroast blend 25% Ethiopia Harar; 25% Sumatra Triple Pick; and 50%
of one of the Yellow Bourbons and roast it to a nice full city. It would be
great as espresso or drip or vac pot or moka pot or Areopress, or...........

Hi Eddie,
Our "Zigzag Blend" is 1/3 Brazil Cachoeira YB, 1/3 Sumatra and 1/3 Central
and it is the favorite of many or our customers...and us, too. You could do
a batch of Brazil, Sumatra, and Guatemala and another of Brazil, Sumatra and
Panama. You could probably combine the Panama with the Sumatra and Brazil
and roasted them together, but as I remember those Guatemala Coban beans are
quite large. The might need to be roasted separately.
Take care,
