Topic: Shipping method for 12 lbs coffee (3 msgs / 64 lines)
1) From: Jon Parquette
Hi Tom,
I am getting ready to submit an order for 12 lbs of coffee. I am not sure
that I fully understand your instructions on the homeroast forum. If I
understand, I should request shipping via USPS flat rate to ship by the
"hold for harvey" method, but I don't see a flat rate option on the pull
down menu. I will go ahead and request UPS, but I really prefer the cost and
speed of the flat rate box that previously was called "hold for harvey" If
possible, could you ship my order with that method? If you cant, that is ok.
Thanks for great coffee!

The option is still there, now simply called Priority Flat Rate Box (or
something very similar to that). It was there as an option with my last
order a few days ago, but I don't use it because UPS is cheaper when you
live in California.
It's definitely there!

Jon,
USPS changed their rates and it was such a shock that, sadly, Harvey
passed away.
When you order 12 pounds of coffee you should see the following option
for shipping:
USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Box-Max.12 Lbs.-Grn.Cof.Only!
This would be the equivalent of Harvey. We mourn, but we can still
get our coffee.
Respectfully,
Eddie
