Ok, so the URL says Noon. Sign is on the door and unlocked, just come on =
in!
(Who needs more than 4 hours sleep after a 5:30AM to 2:00AM preceding
day!;-) Flipped and rotated the three 'nana leaf wrapped 54hr Hawaiian
brined pork butts a bit ago, man it's smellin' GOOOOOOOOOD! This first =
cup
of the morning Pearl Esate #1 Kona Café Crema Americano sure is tasty. =
An
array of muffins and doughnuts wrapped and out on a tray waiting.
(Technically the doughnuts are "day old" from one left here and there =
end of
day over the last three weeks at the cafe, but wrapped and frozen about =
12
hours after I picked them up from the doughnut baker. Funny thing as =
word
spread the doughnuts were fresh instead of like they did before much =
fewer
went unsold, only ONE doughnut all this past week!) Think I need to take =
a
few minutes and write out a timeline of what needs to be prepped/cooked
when, gonna get crazy in a bit:-) For now think I'll go start that =
pineapple
macnut up-side-down coconut rum cake. While it's baking slice up and =
serving
plate the haupia etc. etc. etc.
Party Time! (hmmm, guess I should get dressed some time soon:-)

Mike,
We are fueling up in a few minutes and pointing the car North! I am
bringing the Mazzer Major just in case we need another grinder.

Have a great time Mike! I sure wish I was there, it all sounds wonderful. I
am just getting all my supplies out to make your delicious pineapple
macadamia nut up-side-down coconut rum cake! It's definitely one of our
favorites. I'm making it for Fathers Day tomorrow. Both my husband and my
Dad love it and both will be here. I've made it quite a few times since you
shared your recipe with me for my parents 50th wedding anniversary a few
years ago. Thanks again and have a great time - don't forget to take lots o=
f
pictures!

You guys sure start early! I have most veggies cut up, I think
cucumbers might be the last ones to go. I made two dips this year a
roasted garlic dip and a herb dip with fresh dill, parsley and green
onion. First cup is a Yemen Sana'ani, who know from there. I have a
Timor Maubesse and Guatemalan HueHue Finca la Providencia roasted ala
HG/DB for the blending table, I didn't see either one listed as being
brought by anyone else... I'm planning on leaving my place by noon,
so see you all in a couple of hours.

Les,
Are you brining Cremina and/or Expobar? The Bric' will not be able to be =
the
primary espresso machine this time do to it's leak which I have been =
able to
get fixed yet. I keep the water off while not pulling which means the HX
system drains and group cools even though boiler hot. Takes about 5 =
minutes
to bring group up to dump, plus maybe six drinks at most and the jelly =
pan
under the Bric' is full and needs baster emptying! Tom is bringing his =
VII
which I suspect may turn out to be the primary workhorse this time
though....
Gotta go. PMUSDCRC still not in the making yet...

I wish I could make it, but it's been hell week for me with my practice,
and I've got a dog that needs medication (so I can't "just board him and
leave"). Maybe next year???

Tom,
Yes,s,s,s,s....too jittery to think of typing.
Exceptional hospitality (as is normal at the McKoffee household), a
plethora of great coffee's (all of which you are intimately familiar
with), a gaggle of really good folks (you would have enjoyed them -
every one), memorable cuisine (a variety of great goodies that I won't
attempt to describe) and generally - a good time was had by all.
You were missed, and toasted with a couple of good single malts.
Amplification of the above when I'm more capable.
