peas, Okanowian (?) blue sweet potatoes baked in coconut milk, fresh fruit
salad, the pork (!!), and coffees. Freshly roasted cocoa beans...
Bug and Yirgacheffe were my standbys. Mike McK commented on how few espresso
machines there were this year. I counted five.
Wonderful was the talk of roasting, rosters, how to improve, all inspired by
two or three roasters filling the air with pungent aromas.
