Topic: Sample HotTop Session Profile Analysis Graph & List from New Roasting DB (3 msgs / 118 lines)
1) From: DJ Garcia
Here's a sample roasting session profile graph showing the programmed
temperatures for the HT program segments vs. the readings taken during =
the
roast, followed by a profile list report. I tend to take a =
reading-a-minute
but I'm guessing some of you may take them more frequently, in which =
case
the graph will start getting more and more crowded. Unfortunately I =
don't
have as much control over the graph format as I'd like to eliminate some =
of
the dead space, and I've wasted too much time trying :-).
I need to add the roaster profile name and the start time during the =
session
to the graph - they're in the list already. I need the start time of the
program in the session because of the way the Hottop operates. It heats =
up
initially to 168 f. regardless of time, at which point the load signal
starts and the timed program starts.
I like to start my session timings from the beginning to let me keep =
track
of initial ramp-up info from room temp, and also I load later than the =
HT
signal often. By syncing the HT program stored in the DB to the session =
time
when the HT began the program, all the succeeding times will be posted
against the correct HT program segment they occurred in. If you start =
your
readings from the roaster load time then you can leave this to the =
default.http://improbablystructuredlayers.net/CoffeeRoastingDB/SessionProfileGrap=h.j
