but I'm now drinking my first batch of Sumatra Mandheling
and I think I'm in love. What else tastes this good???? How can I
repeat this experience??? I know this is a total newbie question, but
can anyone make a recommendation?
For my money, if you liked the Sumatra, you should try the Aged Java
(crop 96/97) aka "Old Brown" from SM's while they still have it in stock.
Try it both at a lighter City roast and then a darker Full City.
Then try a combo of the roasts together. A great bean.
