Well, Brian, after dinner tonight I brewed a pot of the harar in my yama.
This is on only 2 days rest, but it has a very nice overall taste coming
out. I think 'creamy' and 'silky' are both good descriptions of the
mouthfeel. I am getting a little dark chocolate, but no fruity notes yet. My
experience with harar is limiitied, but I have noticed that fruited notes
appear for me afer 5 or 6 days, so I will let this sit some more and try it
again later on this week.
I bet it would be great espresso!
