I have some Pele Plantations Kona greens I got a few months back. What
level of roast and what brew method would be best for these beans?

Crema Americano pulled around 202 to 205f depending on roast, vac 'taint
bad, press is ok just get your water temp up slightly above 200f =
otherwise
will be somewhat flat.
