Topic: A Really Good Coffee Week ... (5 msgs / 112 lines)
1) From: Eddie Dove
The Cinnamon roasted Ethiopia Organic Idido Misty Valley has been
sublime ... thanks again, Les!
The Full City roasted Colombia COE #12 - El Descanso has been
exquisite! What a wonderfully well-balanced cup of coffee. I
actually enjoyed this one more than the El Placer and at the office it
was gone by 10:00 AM every day; everyone loved it and came back for
more. I went to check the varietal ... 100% Caturra ... I guess I do
like / love some Caturras!
This week, there has also been smatterings of City+ roasted Rwanda
Butare Bourbon (delicious), Full City+ roasted India Mysore Nuggets
Extra Bold (always a pleasure) and some Full City roasted Peru
Tunquimayo - Juan de Dios. Everyone at the office, including me
really enjoyed this Peruvian delight. I believe I enjoyed this more
than the Peru Norte Especial ... too bad its all gone
The Full City Sumatra FTO Gayo Tanah Tinggi has been delightful! I
had it again today along with the El Descanso ... ahhhh. You can
still order this one!
I just started roasting about a year ago and I am so thankful for all
the home coffee roasting help that is available from this list!
Have a great weekend everyone!

You know, I just might be the "loose nut behind the wheel" ...
I roast a lot (just shy of 450 pounds in the last year), but like I
said I am so thankful for all the home coffee roasting help that is
available from this list. It is posts like Kirk's (JanoMac - The
Horse rides through the Misty Valley) that makes me strive to achieve
that experience again!
Ginny, I will definitely roast something for you when I get back from
out of town so that you can hopefully enjoy / critique.
