Hi All,
I've finished roasting some great smelling Panama beans from my latest
order. Can anyone recommend a resting period for these beans? Thanks!

Mike,
Sorry for the tardy response. I let the coffee rest for 4 days and then
enjoyed it out to a week. Excellent. I've not let my coffee rest this
long before. I appreciate your response because I see another angle to
the great hobby now!
