Topic: Aged coffee (13 lines)

Desperate coffee times call for desperate coffee measures. First Tom gets my brother-in-law so he only drinks Aged Java, then he runs out of the stuff. Sheesh. So I'm left to deal with the problem: how to get the closest thing to aged java. I've tried the Aged sumatra and the monsooned coffees, but they lack that special something. So then it occurred to me: I have java coffee around someplace maybe I can age it? So does anyone know how you age coffee (fast)? The sad part is that I'm *not* an Aged Java person. BTW, we roast the stuff dark and oily- or we used to.
