My errors in the RK drum include =
roasting into second crack when I did not intend to (first crack can be har=
der to hear when you are just starting with the drum) AND pulling the roast=
 too soon on a larger batch when I thought it was already into second crack=
.  (Who knew that a larger batch's active first crack can sound a lot like =
a "rolling second crack"?)
