Topic: unevenness (2 msgs / 32 lines)

Hi all,
It's well-known that Yemeni coffees as well as Harar and Ghimbi roast
unevenly, whereas their wet-processed cousins (Yirg, Limmu) don't. Why?
Is there something inherent in the dry-processing process that causes
this?

From what I've seen of the Raimy, it's the uneven bean size, which, I'd
guess, would translate into just not as much care or time devoted to
"quality control" issues.
