If my budget holds out, I'm trying to try-out every 'Bourbon' cultivar that Tom offers. After last years Brazil and Guatemala Bourbons I've been doing this with = no disappointments.
Barry, Haven't heard from you recently. Feeling well and up to the rigors of a trip to the NW in the near future I hope. We'll have to do an afternoon of espresso soon. On the subject of "bourbon" beans. It has almost become an excersize in futility for me to try other beans as a base in my blends. I have yet to use another bean that provides what the "bourbon" does for the shots. Suggestions.....anyone? Mike (just plain)
Thinking of about Nov 9th. right now my p-stat in my Brewtus is acting up and the air-conditioner in my car cut out. I figure Nov 9 if there are no frogs or locusts.
