Topic: Piney Notes and Coffee Flavorings (4 msgs / 62 lines)

Those wonderful piney notes are best when developed during the
roasting and resting process. In my humble, but accurate opinion,
additives just don't have the same effect.
Case in point, don't leave your uncovered cup of Kona Purple Mountain
coffee on or around your table saw when it is in operation. While the
effect is a unique experience, it is just not the same.
Good day,
Eddie

frankly if anyone wants to add flavors to fresh roasted coffee they may as well buy store, batch roasted beans.
it is a waste of time to add flavors oils to green, fresh roasted beans unless they are too old to enjoy and you simply want flavor.
why would anyone add flavor to a fresh roasted horse or ?? any other four legged animal for that matter.
oils only on old coffee you want to off...

I think Eddie might be telling us to be careful around table saws. More
careful than he was; eh, Eddie?
