1) From: Les
So, I wandered over to the SM site to check on roasting notes again
and low and behold TWO new Gesha coffees! The stash was out of Yemen
coffees and Tom has one of my favorites back in stock! Then low and
behold a Columbia from a new region. Well I was out of Pacamara beans
one of my favorites, so out came the wallet and my order is in! Wow
four Gesha coffees from three countries in the stash. Sweet! So
beware of the temptations awaiting you on the SM site.

Amen to that. It is my birthday and I took it to spend money I
shouldn't have. But I don't know the cycles of coffee yet, so I
follow Les' lead. I ended up with six more pounds of various
coffees. I think I needed an excuse, and I found it, my birthday and
Les' knowledge of the coffees Tom brings us.
So, really, I have to thank both Les and Tom for making sure I have
very good coffee, some I have never had, but I trust them on it, for
the winter season ahead.
As I drink some three day old Panama Auction Lot #2 Mama Cata Gesha I
am thankful I bought it when Tom and others suggested it. I only
wish I had purchased more. But that is okay, there is more for me to
discover and I will find surprises in the many kinds of coffee from
places I have never been. Oh, what a gift.
Thank you to you, Les, but also to Tom and the others who help us out
when we are getting our feet wet.

Thank you, my first email birthday wish. Trust me, I get so much
more from what others post than I could ever post myself. I learn so
much from you and the others on this list.
All the best,
Stephen
