This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
I just roasted my EOS 2007 (end of summer) for espresso.  I used the =
following formula:
EOS 2007 Blend
 
50 Grams   Brazil Cachoeira da Gama Yellow Bourbon
 
50 Grams   Brazil Screen Dried Moreninha
 
50 Grams   Harrar Horse Lot 14659
 
50 Grams   Aged Sumatra '04
 
50 Grams Kona Purple Mountain XF '06
 
25 Grams Monsooned Arabica from Java
I roasted the blend to FC+ in my Hottop.  (about 21.5 minutes.)  
I have used this general formula which I shamelessly ripped off from =
miKe's Summer Jam Blend with great success before, but have not used =
these exact beans before.  Now comes the hard part - waiting for the =
blend to mature.
