ordered a US Roaster Corp 3k Floor Model Shop Roaster in black with SS =
drum
wrap and bean cooler, chromed dump chute, complete with touch screen 15
stage 15 segments each stage profile controller including auto-dump.
Currently test driving CCR HotTop for dual use as sample roaster and =
profile
development. Will be interesting to calibrate the CCR HotTop with the US
Roaster for profile porting.
The Nuclear Engineer completely field stripped, rebuilt and PID'd Linea =
3AV
should be ready for our test driving next week.
Roastery Café coming very close to reality.
Moral of the story, be careful how far you take this elixir of the gods

coffee house), free samples though always. We need to focus on building
interest in everything coffee related especially great roasts, not to
mention home roasting.

We opted to initially go with an under 10# max' capacity roaster to avoid
the SW Washington Clean Air Agency afterburner requirement on roasters 10#
or over. (Hopefully you're aware of this regulation which includes Skamania
County.)
