Topic: Nicaragua Placeras Estate Miel (2 msgs / 43 lines)
1) From: Dave Kvindlog
This is a new coffee for me, and I find it wonderfully unusual. I received
the Nicaragua Placeras Estate Miel as part of a SM 8-pack sampler, but
roasted most of the others first since I wasn't familiar with the Nicaraguan
coffees.
I finally roasted it to a Full City 3 days ago and let it rest until today.
I love trying new coffees! This one is brite, sweet, and spicy. Can't
describe the flavor much better than that. My palate doesn't connect well
with specific flavors, but I like this one.
Happy roasting!
Dave

I am also very fond of this coffee. It makes an exquisite press pot and an
over-the-top cappuccino.
Cheers
