Topic: Espresso machine pressure gauge (4 msgs / 109 lines)
1) From: Woody DeCasere
I remember sometime last year was there a pressure gauge that was going
around, i recently was gifted with an Expobar Office Pulser, and was reading
that the pressure can be set too low sometimes, i am not sure how to
quantify that, and remembered something about that on here last year. Does
anyone else have an office pulser and did you tweak the settings at all and
is the pressure gage still available, i will pay shipping or whatever.
Also i have a one hole tip on the steam wand and i am learning to make
pretty decent micro foam (still learning) would a two hole tip work easier?
thanks Everyone,
Woody

That was my PF pressure gauge I sent on vacation touring the US last year.
Right now I'm not willing to let it go until I have the Roastery Cafe up and
running and any fine tuning done I choose to do on the Linea. And in truth
since now moving up from strictly home user to professional not too sure
I'll want to loan "tools of the trade" which could be needed at anytime.

They aren't that spendy, $50ish. If I recall correctly someone else was
asking about it recently. Might I suggest those interested pool their funds
and buy one to send around.

Where to purchase answered off List since commercial concerns dealing in
items Tom sells. How to use is simple. Lock the PF mounted gauge in the
group and turn on the shot pump, observe gauge!
