i spent part of this afternoon at Dave and Beth's, and we roasted some JBM /
Mavis Bank.  Carefully taken a couple snaps into 2nd, we had one cup, the
rest set for a real rest...  Was very smooth.  The aroma reminded me of
malted chocolate.  The taste was harder to place, but the aftertast reminded
me of sweet smooth tobacco...  Still working on what I tasted....
Glad the HD+Yirg/w/Zass was tasty!
