This is an excellent coffee and I am surprised that there is not more
"conversation" about it. I roasted it Sunday in the RK Drum to a Full
City+ (just a few snaps of 2nd crack). There is a woody aromatic that
is just exquisite and something about this coffee reminds me of last
year's Australia Mountain Top, but I like this coffee a LOT more!

Eddie,
Sometimes the silence is due to not wanting it to disappear so soon from the
offering sheet! I had one of those coffees this morning. It was soooo
goooood, that mum in the word on the list from me on this one.

Les,
It was for that very reason that I was seriously conflicted about
submitting that post until I got another order in for more of it.
Every single person at the office that has tried it, "Oooh, I like
that!"
I haven't tried yet, but I bet this would make and excellent SO
espresso. I just hope folks aren't shying away from it because it is
unfamiliar.

It does make an awesome SO. I still have a pound left, but there are
so many wonderful coffees begging to be roasted. So I will resist the
tempter's inventory for now. One reason to post a coffee is to get
folks to buy it to get rid of the temptation!

Les,
You wrote, "One reason to post a coffee is to get folks to buy it to
get rid of the temptation!" This was the other side of what was
causing me to be conflicted.
How about we just keep this coffee a secret between us for now?
Shhhhhh,
Eddie
