Good Morning!
I'm looking for some advice. I have an Andreja Premium thatwas purchased
from Sweet Marias along with Direct Connect Kit about 2 1/2 years ago. It's
long out ofwarranty so I was hoping to get some advice from you.  It is now
continuously running water out of the tube that runs into the drip tray.
Someone suggested that it might be a gunked up or broken three way valve and
to try a good backflushing, and if that did not work to take it off and try
cleaning or replacing it. I tried backflushing and it did not help. I now
have the water and power disconnected and have the cover taken off.  Can
anyone tell me where the three way valve is, what it looks like, or suggest
any other help. I was really hoping to avoid shipping it anywhere if it's
something I can do with a little help!

I agree with those that have said to call Chris' service.  They are =
excellent.  
To answer your question, however, the 3 way valve is part of the e-61 =
grouphead and if it were leaking, water would be coming out of the port =
in the bottom of the grouphead, not the overflow spout.  I had a similar =
problem with my Vetrano which is very similar to the Andrea and it was a =
stuck boiler fill valve that overfilled the boiler causing it to drain =
into the overflow.  This probably would not happen with a stock Andrea, =
but with the autofill it becomes more like the Vetrano.  Another =
possibility is that the reservoir fill valve is sticking causing the =
reservoir to overfill and drain into the drip tray.  I am not familiar =
with the fill system on the Andrea add on, so this is just a SWAG.  
Again, if in doubt call Chris' service.  They will talk you through the =
problem and if needed will ship parts the same day.
