Yesterday palate fatigue definitely became an issue late in the day
regardless various palate cleansing techniques used.
Glad I could be of help with explaining/justifying your future copious SO
orderings to your SO! :-)

	 Mike,
I am glad to hear it was a good day. Isn't there an old saying that
goes something like a bad day drinking good coffee is better than a good day
doing anything else ;o) Six hours of cupping and your taste buds are still
alive - now that says something.
That is certainly what I call a coffee order - hopefully you left a
few pounds for the rest of us. I can see it now the next order I place "no
dear 75 pounds of coffee isn't all that much, just the other day Mike
ordered 240 pounds."
Great job on getting everything up and running. Thank you so much
for sharing your journey with us and I look forward to hearing much more.

Mike,
I sent you a note earlier, asking about your business plan and peer
review... I ran my own business for 7 years doing technical services. I
learned a couple things, adn would love to chat with you for just a few
minutes - if you think you'd like to have a sounding board...
Any rate, you have a great adventure by the tail,a nd much fun ahead...
Best 2 You,
Brett
