Topic: A very light roast (9 msgs / 123 lines)

You just preheated the roaster before the real roast. Sometimes you
plan it; sometimes it plans you.

Well, I guess one advantage to bread machine roasting is that it is much 
more difficult to go more than a few minutes before noticing that you 
forgot to add the beans ;).
