I'll have to mention this little fact to my wife. "Do you know what
today is?" I kid her because it seemed like so many Okies don't know
much about their state, but she had a bad history teacher (a coach who
liked to watch football game footage rather than teach history, so I
can't fault her too much).

And we all join in:
Brand new state!
Brand new state, gonna treat you great!
Gonna give you barley, carrots and pertaters,
Pasture fer the cattle,
Spinach and termayters!
Flowers on the prarie where the June bugs zoom,
Plen'y of air and plen'y of room,
Plen'y of room to swing a rope!
Plen'y of heart and plen'y of hope.
Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain
And the wavin' wheat can sure smell sweet
When the wind comes right behind the rain.
Oklahoma,
Ev'ry night my honey lamb and I
Sit alone and talk and watch a hawk
Makin' lazy circles in the sky.
We know we belong to the land
And the land we belong to is grand!
And when we say
Yeeow! Ayipioeeay!
We're only sayin'
You're doin' fine,
Oklahoma!
Oklahoma O.K.

Much Obliged for the response..
Heres looking to another hunard.
PS to Ray-O...Got my hands on a Baratza Maestro for the work crew
coffee, Tried the scale of grinds and was amazed at the difference
between this and my old grinder. I thought that I wouldn't see much
difference since they looked like the same burrs, but the tightness of
the mounting makes all the difference.
Now I have to save pennies to get one for the house.

If you can find one of the big Mazzers or something else that is from a
coffee shop for similar
Wampum, go for that. I might also suggest the Virtuoso, that was identical
to the Solis Maestro Plus with better burrs.
It was $200 while the SMP was $150. $50 for the burr upgrade. Whatever it
takes. Just for grins- note the appearance of Zassenhaus burrs, compared to
the Maestro's.
The Place of Fabled Heat would probably freeze over long before you need new
burrs again, if you started with new burrs in a Mazzer for home use.

I am willing respond to anyone who posts a "Happy 100th B-day" for
their state. However, this thing of contats every 100 yrs is getting
too fast an furious, don't you think?
