I am enjoying a deep base noted Cappo this morning. Thanks Plain
Mike! I added 10% Monsooned Malabar roasted to full city plus in the
Behmor to 40% Misty Valley and 40% Yemen Sana'ani Wow, rich chocolate
oozing all through the cup. At the mid point of the sip comes the
fruit from the Misty Valley followed by a hint of tobacco with a nice
deep chocolate finish carried by the Malabar. Yum Yum! Time to go
pull another one and watch at least part of the beginning of a great
Big Ten football game.

Correction should be 45% Misty and 45% Yemen.

Les,
Gotta love it. Sounds like the Behmor is working out well.

Mike,
I think the P2 profile has some awesome potential. I am going to be working
on how to get the most out of it this afternoon. My recommendation for new
roasters is to stick with the P1 to learn how to roast. I am hoping to work
on getting it to power down just as 1st crack is beginning. I think this
can be done with some calculations and using the flexiblity of the plus and
minus buttons that Joe built into the roaster. It has a lot of flexiblity
for under $300.00. I am going to brew up a pot that I missed by a few
seconds in a few minutes. The post roast crunch test was great and the
aroma this morning was simply stunning.
