I just brewed a pot of Yellow Bourbon roasted in the Behmor. A very good cup of coffee. I am intrigued by the P2 profile. I want to work with the reduction of heat happening just as 1st crack begins and then manually ending the roast where I want it before the full heat kicks in again, or using that margin of high heat to go to full city plus or Vienna. I am enjoying a wonderful cup on my 4th roast. I am looking forward to getting this roaster dialed in. Les
