Thanksgiving is here and my wife and I (like many others) are spending time with relatives. I just came in from roasting 1/2 pound of Harare, and 1 pound of Costa Rican beans. The Harare I took to a fC+ and the CR I took to C+. This is no doubt the last roasting I will do with the Caffe Rosta for awhile, as I have ordered a Behmor. Although I can more or less count of achieving a good roast now, I am looking forward to playing with the Behmor which should arrive the day after I get home.
