Just so you all know. After 4 days and contacting the the place I bought my i-roast2 from I finally received a reply from Hearthware about sending my unit to Hearthware. They issued an RMA and told me that I had to send it to them at my cost and to include a $10.95 money order to cover the cost for them to ship it back to me. So I had it 3 months, it broke, and I have to spend over $20 in shipping to get it fixed or replaced. I don't think that's right, but to get it fixed I have no choice!  
   
  So it's on it's way to Hearthware and I'm counting my pennies for a Behmor!!!
