Just roasted a pound of Columbia choco...
Ambient air temp: 35 degrees
Started with 1# P1 setting... maxed out time at 20:30
Hit "cool" with 2:00 still left.
Ended up with Full City +

Same here, at 25 degrees, outdoors.. Joe B says my higher than average line voltage is why I need to hit cool early so often, even out in the cold. But--today I tried to go into second crack with some extra hard bean, shade grown (makes a difference) El Salvador Bourbon--wouldn't reach second crack in the warm shop with max time extension. Tried 444 grams-still no second crack. With 434 grams and max time extension yes! (barely). Another roast of Sumatra, full 1 lb.load, had to cool with 2 minutes left. Really hard beans are a (fun) challenge. I really like my Behmore.
