Topic: Yup, still a "home" roaster (3 msgs / 62 lines)

Definitely still a home roaster. Highly suspect the Roastery and/or Kafe
will NEVER offer enough variety of varietals for my picky palate. I mean,
what commercial roasting venture anywhere offers 50+ different SO's:-) Sure
we have a great espresso blend and offer 7 different SO's including (only
one currently) Estate Kona, but I mean would be so boring to be so limited
in my personal consumption! 
On an unrelated or related note had Frankie driving two CCR HTs concurrently
today! Current version of a 1.5# max batch size computer controlled profile
roaster:-) First tandem roasts of same green started < 10sec apart and
finished < 5sec apart, pretty darned close to replicating the identical
profiles. 
Off to mesquite grill some Copper River Salmon for din-din...
