What's a Bark, other than bow-wow?

2) From: Bonnie Polkinghorn
The last time I did not reply to a post like this, I lost out on a
tradition. So, I'll "bite", what is a Bark?

Besides bow wow...
It is a delicious, chocolate confection invented by someone creative (like
me) & lazy (also like me).
Spread out flat, with tasty mix-ins (usually nuts, and/or dried fruit, but
here, with other creative souls,
we have coffee mix-ins.. mmm). Then it's broken up...
yummy.
