I would go with P2 (my favorite) at 14 minutes. I don't fret with any of the ABCD settings they are just time adjustments. Hit cool at the very first sign of 2nd crack (often coming on the heels of 1st in the Behmor).

I have one pound of this coffee, and from what I've read from Tom and others, this is extra special. My recent purchase of a Behmor and 1/5th pound roasts have put me on the low end of the learning curve on this roaster and I really don't want to screw up this rare treat. Tom recommends C+ to FC+. Can anyone help me figure out the right control settings?

Thanks for everything, and Happy Holidays to all!
