Susan - wow that sounds like a blast! Wish our clan could drive up for the
tasting!
I'll leave it for the Behmor folks to provide profiles - sounds like the new
roaster is doing well!

Hey there list, and especially, Behmor roasters... Can you offer some
profile ideas for Susan? She has a time deadline of serving these on
Saturday - so please take some time and offer some Behmor thoughts, OK?
Thx,
Brett

I suggest you email Jim Behm directly (email is on the company web site,http://www.behmor.com)- he's very responsive and i am sure would love your
sitting to be a hit ;) i am still in learning phase with mine, so can offer
little advice other than 'talk to an expert'!

So I know you did great - how did you do?
  How many came?
  Was it a great time?
How were the reviews from those who attended?
Details details details....
