Hi there, folks. I haven't heard much play about these beans, but I wanted
to give them a shout-out for an excellent holiday coffee. Incredible aroma
of spices and wood, as well as great malty notes in the taste. Plenty of
acidity to give it some backbone. This is really an impressive coffee, and
the flavor notes match well with the holidays. Definitely one to try this
year. I laughed with Tom's "sassafras and sandalwood" notes, but they are
dead on yet again.
I still have my pound of Anokhi untried in my cabinet, which I am saving for
later in the year....

I agree, Scott. I bought a 20# bag as I've enjoyed the PNG so much in the
past. It is one of my favorites. I am especially fond of roasting peaberries
as they stir so nicely. No sharp edges.
Take care,
Ann
