Topic: coasting to a stop (34 lines)

For me, this is specific to the Behmor, but I think it is more generally
a drum roasting question. Here are the direct roast notes:
* Sumatra Classic Mandheling - roast 014 10 Dec. 16:00
NOTE: 1/2 begin weight on 1 lb settings
P2 A 1 lb gives 18:00 roast time
C1 begin with 5:15 remaining, very slow
C2 begin with 1:00 remaining, rolling at :48
hit cool with :15 remaining
13:00 minute cool
C2 until 12:00 remaining
open door at 11:00
6.3 oz finish weight
This roast is likely Vienna.
Here is my question: If I wanted to do one lb to this same level would
I need to stop adding heat earlier or at the same time? I would think
earlier since there is more mass and therefore the coast would be
longer. I would simply roast two lb to test this one side-by-side but I
thought this would be a good question for the list.
Thanks for any input,
rdc
