well...
so i got the beans
and i printed out the cupping notes
and the photos of the jacu bird and the elusive kopi luwak-he sure didn't
score high in the good looks or cuddly fellow dept
\and i have roasted 1/4 pound of each of my 3 choices -twice actually-so 1/2
pound of each
hey it's a small coffee shop...
on tuesday and wednesday
and sealed them in my heat wrap machine
and now i am going to sweat about how to prepare these and how to grind
so i will fine grind and aeropress each shot and offer hot water and
whatever for people to stretch the shot the way they want
seems safe to me
i even ordered in another case of aeropresses-hey i might sell a few
thanks list

Susan,
Maybe you should consider a little audience participation if you have
some willing volunteers.Say, for example, you get a couple of people who
buy an Aeropress before the demo, let them make their own following your
lead in the demo. This cuts down on your work, and helps eliminate the
intimidation factor some experience when first seeing an Aeropress.
I hope all goes well,
