This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
I uploaded a couple of pictures of brewers to the gallery that I took when I
was in PR earlier this year.http://www.homeroasting.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemIdx46I also put this pic in the espresso folder (it's americano, so I guess it
qualifies) - didn't know where else it could go.http://www.homeroasting.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId90Am I wrong, or is there no meta data on the photos that indicates who
owns/uploaded it?

When I lived in PR the Jivaro's used them exclusively for brewing. They
brewed the coffee in the sock in boiling water. Then slowly simmered the
brew until most of the water evaporated. A tar like slurry was left. They
collected this slurry into a jar and used it like instant coffee. The would
put one or two teaspoons of the slurry in cup and add boiling water and
stir.Vile stuff as I remember.
