Thanks for passing this along, Doug. I actually downloaded it awhile ago -
but never had a chance to
try it out.Now, my son doesn't have MS Word & needs it desperately for
school. So he tried to download
Open Office, but his computer is missing something he needs in order to use
it! Arrggh (he can't find his
OS disk, of course)... and for some reason (probably because my extended Mac
warranty ran out a few
months ago - Ol' Murphy likes to have fun w/his stupid law), I can't burn
anything besides music.
Haven't had any time to try to figure it all out... hopefully I'll be able
to help him before his next sem. classes
start.

yup. probably java. i've been using ooo for a few years now and love it. 
unfortunately DJ's Coffee Roasting database doesn't work w/ it, but
